Fair and lawful use
The service must be used lawfully and fairly. You may not host or distribute illegal content, phishing pages, malware, exploit kits, stolen data, hate content, harassment, spam, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
Email rules
Bulk unsolicited email, purchased mailing lists, deceptive sending, spoofing, and abusive forwarding are not permitted. Mailing activity must use consent-based lists and include suitable unsubscribe options where required.
Resource use
Shared hosting resources must be used in a way that does not degrade service for others. Extremely high CPU, memory, disk, inode, database, cron, backup, or email activity may require optimisation, upgrade, temporary limits, or removal.
Security
Attempts to scan, attack, bypass, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to systems are prohibited. Vulnerable scripts, abandoned plugins, exposed credentials, and compromised accounts must be fixed promptly when reported.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict services, suspend accounts, or terminate access where activity threatens platform security, legal compliance, deliverability, or service reliability. Where practical, we will contact the account owner before or shortly after action is taken.
